Five campaigns. Two modes of event engagement. One consistent capability: knowing how to place a brand inside a cultural moment in a way that earns attention and share of mind.

Case Study 01

Lakme x UN40

"When the Brand Booth Became the Main Stage"

THE ASK

Lakme wanted to build relevance with a younger, music-forward audience without relying on traditional beauty content. UN40, Saregama's marquee live event with Himesh Reshammiya and Talwinder on the bill, was in the right room.

WHAT WE DID

Greenroom proposed a product trial booth at the venue and then made sure it had its own reason to exist. We brought in rapper and MC Deepa for a 30-minute live set, with Lakme woven into the performance. We also roped in Influencers who captured it as it happened and their social distribution carried it further.

The booth pulled footfall. The content earned attention.

Case Study 02

BigBasket x Tata Marathon

"The Campaign That Started Before the Starting Gun"

THE ASK

Two Tata Marathons, Bangalore and Lonavala. BigBasket needed to own the healthy living conversation around both, building association with active lifestyles while reinforcing its Tata Group partnership.

WHAT WE DID

Greenroom built content across the full marathon arc, from training to race day. Not one post. A story.

In Bangalore, a humour-led creator ran two teaser videos ahead of the 20km race, putting BigBasket's product range at the centre of real prep culture. By race day, the audience was already invested.

Lonavala was a different brief entirely. Ultra distances, midnight conditions, 35 to 75km on the clock, and a smaller but deeply committed running community. A documentary-style creator followed the full experience. On the ground, BigBasket ran a push-up challenge that put the brand inside the race, not beside it. The priority here was community depth, not volume.

Case Study 03

Vim Bar x Maha Kumbh Mela

"The Brand That Showed Up Where It Actually Belongs"

THE ASK

The Maha Kumbh Mela is the largest peaceful gathering of people on earth. Tens of millions of devotees, a landscape of seva, and a cultural weight that most brands would observe from a distance. Vim wanted to show up inside it.

WHAT WE DID

Greenroom's job was selection and amplification. We identified local creators and explorers already embedded in the Kumbh experience and briefed them to document Vim's seva initiative, preparing and distributing food and sweets to devotees. No scripts, no staged content. Creators brought their own audience trust to a moment that needed exactly that.

The content worked because the creators belonged there. Authenticity at that scale of event cannot be manufactured.

Section B: Creators at Branded Events

The brand owned the event. Greenroom owned the influencer strategy around it.

Case Study 04

Cult Fitness Carnival, Bengaluru

"The FOMO Was Engineered, Not Accidental"

THE ASK

Fitness in India has an image problem. It reads as serious, expensive, and exclusive. Cult needed Bengaluru to see its carnival as a social event first and a fitness event second. The goal was city-wide participation, not just sign-ups from existing members.

WHAT WE DID

Greenroom designed the influencer strategy across three phases and managed execution end to end, including budget allocation and on-ground coordination.

Phase 1 seeded the workshop lineup through fitness and lifestyle creators to build early anticipation. Phase 2 activated local Bengaluru voices to drive registrations among people who would not have found it themselves. Phase 3 put creators on the ground to capture live content that made the event feel unmissable to everyone still at home.

Each phase had a distinct job. The result was a campaign that built demand before the event, not just documented it after.

Case Study 05

TajMahal Tea x Bansuri Kettle, Vijayawada

"Where a Cup of Tea Became a Cultural Moment"

THE ASK

Premium tea in India is a hard sell. The category is commoditised and most consumers do not think about why one brand deserves to cost more. TajMahal Tea's Bansuri Kettle activation, a mechanism that brews tea while playing the Hansdhwani Flute Bansuri Raag, was designed to make the premium positioning tangible. The challenge was finding creators who could carry that story without flattening it into a product demo.

WHAT WE DID

Greenroom selected creators with a genuine connection to classical music and regional identity. Content covered the kettle's mechanism, the brewing process, and the musical experience, all anchored in what Vijayawada means culturally. The brand's premium claim was not stated. It was demonstrated.
